With over 20 years of industry and consulting experience, Anu was most recently responsible for Market Research, analytics and the design and implementation of forecasting models at Bayer (formerly MEDRAD). She was instrumental in developing a Market Intelligence Warehouse and developing the process used to triangulate data for market modeling and strategic forecasting.
She has held a variety of consulting positions and has worked with global clients including Cadbury India Ltd., Bristol Myers and Squibb, American Cyanamid, IBM Consulting, New Zealand Telecom.
Anu earned a B.S. in Physics from St. Xavier’s College Bombay, Masters in Computer Applications from University of Pune, India and an MBA in Marketing, Strategy and Finance from Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business.

Melissa’s past experience includes time with major consulting and professional services companies, including KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Melissa has managed her own consulting firm for the past 11 years and has designed, conducted and implemented a wide variety of business intelligence, decision support and process improvement projects for clients like Bayer Healthcare, Bristol Myers Squibb, Johnson & Johnson, Lucent Technologies, The Hershey Company, Mars and Philip Morris.
Melissa has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University. She also earned her MBA in general management and operations strategy from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Melissa is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Marianne has over 25 years of experience developing, implementing and managing the global customer satisfaction program at Bayer Healthcare. She was responsible for developing Customer Experience KPIs, corrective action planning and employee awareness and training. The customer satisfaction program was recognized as a ‘best-practice’ program by the APQC with respect to measurement and the use of customer feedback as a catalyst for change. She is a certified ‘Achieve Global Customer Satisfaction’ Instructor and a certified Net Promoter Associate (NPS).
Marianne has served as a Senior Examiner for the Greater Pittsburgh Total Quality Award. Marianne is currently Chairperson of the PRI Registrar Advisory Board.
Marianne has a B.A. in Business Administration from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Sharon has 24 years of experience at Bayer Healthcare. At Bayer Healthcare, she crafted and managed global Customer Experience programs that were adapted to meet local requirements. By identifying customized solutions, she was able to create a positive impact on customer satisfaction for global subsidiaries.
While at MEDRAD, she was instrumental in the development of commercial operations at subsidiaries in Europe, Latin America and Asia. During this time she also chaired a quality improvement team focusing on improving international shipping discrepancies. Prior to working at MEDRAD/Bayer HealthCare, Sharon was an Export Specialist with Loctite Corporation, working with the international subsidiaries, creating efficient communication process between countries and eliminating errors.
Sharon is a certified Net Promoter Associate (NPS) and earned a B.S. Business Administration degree with a dual major in International Business & Marketing from The Ohio State University.
